Why Coding?

High Growth = High Salaries

San Diego is one of the country’s top five cities responsible for 93% of US high-tech job growth according to a 2019 article in the Wall Street Journal.

With the surge in high-tech growth, local employers are scrambling to find enough tech talent. This is reflected in impressive salary numbers—in San Diego, the average software developer’s salary is 90% higher than the city’s average salary.
